I have a feeling like I need to pee for 6 months

Hi!
I´ve taken like 6 antibiotics in 6 months and the problem is not going away.

The problem is that I feel a slight burning urge to pee the whole day. If I focus on something else I can´t feel it but falling asleep is horrible for me. It is ruining my relationship and my happiness. I´ve visited a regular doctor who gave me 3 antibiotics for UTI which I got to know I don´t really have after we´ve done urine tests in the lab. So I decided my problem must be connected to vaginal problems. My gyno prescribed me other 3 antibiotics (Polygynax, Norethisterone Zentiva and Dalacin) and none of them helped. We´ve tried to have sex with my bf as it got a little bit better (it's better or worse some days) and it burned like I had an open wound and went into salt water. It also burns when I wipe and used to burn when I peed. I don't have any unusual discharge, just less than usual and it dries kinda different. Please, did anybody hear of a similar case?
