The Primary Care Grand Conference 2021 will be taking place online in its third iteration this November. The conference aims to provide doctors with updates on the latest developments across primary care, as well as avenues to facilitate collaborations among healthcare practitioners including private GPs, specialists, and allied health colleagues.

The inaugural conference last year gave primary care practitioners a platform for cross-sharing of best practices in patient care during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic among GP colleagues with special clinical interests, specialists, and allied health colleagues. Similarly, with this conference's theme of "Innovation in Wellness for Primary Care", practitioners are invited to share their experience with incorporating latest clinical developments in practice during and beyond the pandemic. With the increase in complexity for healthcare services arising from evolving regulations and the required measures to minimise transmission risk, there has been a need to redesign clinical care. We envision this conference will be. platform to facilitate cross-polination of latest practices among healthcare practitioners to develop holistic and interdisciplinary approaches to improve patient care.

Submission form

Guidelines

All submissions will be independently assessed by members of the conference steering committee based on clinical relevance, technology readiness, and novelty. Submissions selected for poster and/or oral presentation will receive acceptance notifications.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors approve of the abstract before submission.
The presenting author is resposible for ensuring the content of the talk is for educational purposes only, and not for marketing or endorsement of a product.
Instructions for preparation of posters and/or oral presentation will be sent with acceptance notifications.
Ensure abstract and/or presentations are in the English language without any sensitive and/or proprietary information included given the abstract visibility to members of public.
In submission to this conference you provide the organiser unrestricted rights to reproduce and/or display the content of your submission in the conference platform, marketing collaterals, or any other relevant materials.

Competition

All submissions will be evaluated by the steering committee of practicing doctors
Selected submissions will be invited to make a 5-10 minute Oral presentation with slides and video conference to attendees
